We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of the unused product. All products must be in their original packaging and unopened. Shipping is none refundable. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise no exceptions. 

Our new shipping policy has 2 options:

- Shipping with signature ( you are required to be home to sign for the package and after 2 attempts you will need to collect it from your local post office within 2 weeks)  - Shipping without signature ( if you chose this option you will be responsible if package was stolen or misplaced if tracking shows it was delivered to the address provided.)

We will be fully responsible only if package was never delivered and lost before reaching its final destination.
